The Ulysses Patera wall is exposed/impacted by the impact crater just to the north of it.

The stratigraphy may be exposed like in the southeast, which would be an interesting comparison to an earlier HiRISE image from 2012. Ulysses Patera is one of the many volcanoes that make up the giant Tharsis volcanic province, although it’ fairly small in comparison to the other volcanoes in this area.
